These terms apply to your use of the Overstrand Job Application Program. Please read the section that applies to you.

For Jobseekers

By registering as a jobseeker on this platform, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I declare that all information supplied is, to the best of my knowledge, true and correct. Should the information not be correct, the employer reserves the right to dismiss me.
I herewith give permission for my personal information (name, email address, town and skills set) to be made available to other employers for the purpose of other employment opportunities or training programmes.
I understand that this registration as a jobseeker does not guarantee work.
I will not hold Overstrand Municipality responsible for any damage experienced resulting from being on the database or obtaining work through it.

I declare that all information supplied, is, to the best of my knowledge true and correct.

Should the information not be correct, the Overstrand Municipality reserves the right to delete my profile.

Limitation of liability – by acknowledging this, you agree that:

The municipality is acting only as a conduit for information, and you will not hold the Overstrand Municipality responsible for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform or from any appointment made through it.
The municipality does not vet, endorse, or guarantee the work of any individual/s listed.
Any damages, disputes, or issues arising from the employment of any individual/s are solely between you and the individual/s.
